Last Friday I upgraded my Linksys WRT54GS v5.1 with the new firmware from Linksys from 1.51.0 to 1.52.0.
My neighbor called me and told me that the WLAN connection from my WRT54GS to his WAP54G doesn't work any more.
At first I believe that the problem is on the site of the neighbor. But in reallity there was another problem. It was the firmware version of Linksys 1.52.0. Maybe there is a problem with the communication between on the devices to each others. The WLAN connection to the cleint via WLAN-Card works fine but not with other Linksys device like WAP54G.
So, I tried to downgrade my WRT54GS to 1.51.0 again and behold the communication between the WRT54GS and WAP54G works fine again.

Now I will wait for the new version of Linksys WRT54DS 1.53.0. Maybe it works with that FW.

Since yesterday I'm a lucky owner of a Honda CBF 600S ABS. I realized my dream and bought a motorcycle.
It's a second-hand bike, but in a very good state.

Today I found a little bug in the Windows Mobile 5.0 of the HTC P3300.

Problem:
When you reset (hard reset) your pocket pc or you boot it the first time, you have to configure some settings like the timezone or the clock. The default value of the timezone is '-8 Seattle...'.
So, if you change it to e.g. '+1 Rom, Berlin...' and then also configure the clock, the timezone will change back automatically to '-8 Seattle...'.

Solution:
Set the actually timezone like the visit timezone.
So the bug is dissolved.

Amazon sent the HTC P3300 to me today. So, I will get the product in approximately 4 days. I'm sooooo happy now ;-)
